Lead Software Architect (m/f)

As a key member of the Central Research & Development Team you will help to architect, build and evangelize the core technologies, tools and frameworks used in our international application development teams. Responsibilities include also the consulting of our international application teams in usage of state-of-the-art software architecture and patterns for building next generation health-care and medical software.

You should have at least 8 years of experience in software development, at least 3 years working as software architect, ideally in a Research & Development oriented team. Knowledge of state-of-the-art engineering techniques and trends are expected. You have a strong developer background and still like and do write code in one of the leading technology stacks, preferably Java. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are expected. Due to our international distributed project organization travel is required.
